Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, and you can pause or cancel anytime with a week’s notice.
Are chemicals included?
Yes. Chlorine and acid are included on every plan. Specialty treatments like phosphate remover are always quoted first.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. Leave the gate unlocked or share a code and keep pets inside. You’ll get a photo report when we’re done.
What if a storm dumps debris in the pool?
Monsoon storms can fill a pool with leaves and dirt. If one hits right after your visit, we come back for a free debris clean-up.
Can you fix my pump or heater?
Yes. We repair and replace pumps, motors, filters, heaters, salt systems and automation, and we quote every repair before starting.
How much does a green pool clean-up cost?
Most rescues run $295 to $495 depending on the size and how far it has gone. We give you a fixed price after a quick look.
